Responsibilities include:
- Being the main point of contact for clients within your portfolio – providing a proactive and professional service while building good customer relationships.
- Ensuring a prompt response to all day-to-day issues at property developments, overseeing reactive repairs, providing updates and co-ordinating contractors.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Management of all service contractors to ensure standards are kept high.
- Project managing longer term planned works including procurement of contractors and any insurance claims.
- Resolution of any problems, billing issues and carrying out all connected admin.
Candidates for this role should have previous experience in Property Management. It's important that you take pride in delivering high quality client service and enjoy building relationships. You should be an excellent communicator, well organised with a professional outlook.
Full time permanent position based in the centre of Glasgow with pool cars available for appointments. Attractive salary package based on experience with benefits package to include generous holiday allowance, gym membership, flexible start/finish times (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm), pension and annual bonus (to 5% of salary).
