Our client is a well-established Lettings & Estate Agency located in the Finnieston area of Glasgow. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to join their small friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for either someone with some office based experience who would be keen to work and progress their career in the property market, or someone with 6 months-2 years lettings background to join a well run property business.
Working from a modern and fast paced Lettings branch, your role will involve:
- Handling daily property enquiries – phone, face to face, email
- Assisting with marketing properties and co-ordinating viewings, use of social media
- Liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractors providing a high level of service
- Assisting Property Managers with arranging repairs – speaking to various contractors
- All associated admin work: using in-house database, updating council tax/utility company records, lease administration, uploading pictures to websites etc.
- Supporting the team and management with any other tasks as required
To be considered, candidates should have good office based experience with solid all round IT/admin abilities in the major software packages. It’s important that you are a confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner, an organised approach, and the ability to work well in a busy team environment.
