A fantastic opportunity to join a leading Property Auction business in a Valuer/Business Development position! This varied and fast-paced sales role will focus on listing new properties for Auction, developing business and promoting their services across the Scottish market. If you enjoy property investment, sales and are a people person then this is the job for you!
You can look forward to a fantastic package with OTE of £70k and the chance to be part of a really successful and well-respected team in Glasgow. Your key duties will include:
- Winning new business by conducting property valuations and presenting the company service – meeting potential clients at their property
- Responding to new business enquiries and following up on warm leads
- Presenting the company’s services to vendors
- Valuation of residential and some commercial property and land for sale
- Overseeing property marketing including photography and descriptions
Candidates should ideally have property-based new business experience with a self-motivated and target-driven approach. It’s important you have excellent communication skills, are relationship-focused and have a positive outlook!
Full-time and permanent post – £70k OTE uncapped with basic salary of circa £28k (negotiable), own car required with mileage paid and parking provided. A great chance to progress your career with a friendly and expanding company in their Scottish offices.
