A fantastic career opportunity with one of the leading Lanarkshire Estate Agencies in their busy Hamilton office! It’s been another successful year and our client is now looking to recruit an Estate Sales Negotiator to their friendly and talented team – this is a hands-on and varied sales position focused on providing great customer service to vendors/buyers across the local area and being involved with property sales from start to finish.
You can look forward to fantastic earnings of £35k+ (uncapped) with regular incentives and excellent career development.
Key duties will include:- Marketing new and existing properties
- Handling all property enquiries – arranging, coordinating and following up viewings
- Liaising with buyers and vendors to progress the sales process
- Negotiating sales – setting and managing closing dates, handling offers
- Winning new business by booking and following up valuations, promoting the company services
- Delivering great customer service – building rapport with buyers, vendors and third parties
- Arranging photography + home reports for new properties
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs both individually and as part of a team
The role is open to candidates from all parts of property and also may be suited to someone in sales looking to change career into Estate agency. It’s essential that you are target driven with great communication skills and a real ‘sales through service’ approach. You should enjoy a busy office environment, be a team player and have a passion for property.
Permanent full-time post working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (no weekends). Basic salary negotiable on experience with very realistic uncapped earnings of £35k+.
