Due to continued growth this forward thinking business are now recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to act as the main point contact for property owner clients looking after your own portfolio of property developments across Edinburgh/East Scotland, building strong customer relationships.
Your key duties will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients in relation to property repairs, building services, billing queries and on-going property projects
- Proactively building strong client relationships and delivering great customer service
- Taking full ownership of all day to day issues within your portfolio - liaising with internal and external contacts and keeping clients fully updated
- Visiting property developments
- Leading and conducting meetings with groups of clients
- Complaints management and resolution
- Understanding technical aspects of property management and communicating these effectively to clients
- Being an active team player - working closely with colleagues to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high levels of service to clients
- All connected administration including financial/budget setting for property developments
We are open to candidates from various backgrounds, including those in other areas of property, however itβs important you have proven experience in a service/client relationship based role. You should be a great communicator who builds relationships easily, enjoys problem solving and has the ability to organise and manage a busy workload. A confident level of Admin/IT skills is preferred, and a driving licence is essential.
Full training provided β working hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with hybrid working (3 days at home, 2 in office). Starting salary circa Β£30k with benefits package, and superb career prospects.
