Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a successful Lettings & Estate Agency in Glasgow in a newly created business support role!

This key position will involve providing admin and phone support to a busy Lettings and Estate Agency team ensuring they meet deadlines, provide good client service and comply with all property legal regulations.

Working from their Glasgow office your key duties will include:

  • Onboarding of new rental properties – supporting the team to ensure all compliance is in place, updating systems and liaising with landlords/tenants/contractors for set up
  • Property sales administration – working with the estate agency team to gather documents, market new stock online and progress sales, liaising with vendors/buyers/solicitors
  • Client support – handling phone/email enquiries, diary management of viewings/maintenance and providing client updates, delivering good customer service
  • General admin – ensuring databases, systems and all files are organised and well maintained

Previous experience in property, lettings or estate agency would be an advantage but not essential – it’s more important you are highly organised with a service focus and the ability to multi-task. Strong admin and IT abilities essential and you should naturally work well in a team, or independently.
