A Systems Accountant is a finance technology specialist who bridges the gap between finance and digital innovation. This role is pivotal in optimising financial systems, driving automation, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, RAM Asset Management and the Unit4 ERP platform. Acting as a key enabler of transformation, the Systems Accountant ensures that financial processes are efficient, accurate, and future-ready. Rather than simply maintaining systems, youβll be involved in shaping how finance operates by introducing new technologies, improving reporting capabilities, and delivering insights that support strategic decisions across the organisation.

- Qualified Accountant (CCAB or Equivalent) or in the final stages of qualification. (Essential)
- ERP expertise: Proven experience with Unit4 ERP financial systems or equivalent ERP system enterprise. (Essential)
- Reporting tools expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI and other analytical and reporting tools. (Essential)
- Attention to details and accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. (Essential)
- Financial and budgeting reporting proficiency: Knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles and budgeting process. (Essential)
