They will accurately collate and process individual orders and deliver within the prison. Responsibilities: Deliver an affective, efficient and timeous procurement and stores service, by liaising with other functions within the department and establishment. Contribute towards an effective stock management system. Entry of accurate data into the Agresso financial computer system Unloading and loading of vehicles manually or by mechanical means (training with be provided) and ensuring all Health & Safety practices and procedures are adhered to. Maintaining accurate, auditable records of all transactions To carry our any other duties equal with the post holder’s level within the organisation, such as delivering canteen.
