Lead and advise on complex organisational design and restructuring activity across SPS. Working collaboratively with senior leaders, HR, and operational teams, the Organisational Design Business Partner will provide expert advice on functional redesign, workforce structures, job evaluation, and change impacts, ensuring organisational design changes are legally compliant, aligned to SPS strategy and build a modern, efficient and people‑centred organisation. The role plays a critical part in transforming organisational effectiveness and managing the people impact of structural change, including employee engagement, consultation, and risk mitigation.
If you have the following, we would like to hear from you:
- Degree or equivalent experience in OD&D, HR, systems thinking, organisational psychology or change methodologies. (Essential)
- Chartered Member of CIPD (Desirable)
- Experience in developing and applying organisational design principles, workforce restructuring, or OD consultancy in complex organisations, e.g. designing and implementing operating models, structures, spans/layers and workforce plans (Essential)
- Evidence of effective facilitation and engagement skills, working strategically and collaboratively to deliver robust and impactful solutions, aligned to organisational strategy (Essential)
- Experience of leading organisational change programmes, ensuring clear governance, planning and risk management from design through to implementation, including communications and engagement (Essential)
