Collect, sort and bag for outgoing mail. Log all legal and privileged correspondence in line with procedures and policies.Inputting prisoners personal cash and ensuring that correct balances are passed to the Cashier at the end of the day. Processing all local purchases and ensuring they balance.As part of a multi-functional team you will be required to provide relief cover in Procurement, Bag and Tag and General Admin tasks as specified by the Accounts Manager.Person SpecificationSPS recruitment and selection practice is based on the fundamentals of our Behavioural Competency Framework.
