The predicted salary is between 28625 - 40075 Β£ per year.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to help deliver an effective and efficient forensic service for the criminal justice system.
You will be educated to Higher level or equivalent, with proven experience within a laboratory environment OR in the absence of formal qualifications, relevant working experience is required in order to support familiarisation and on-the-job training for the role. You will also have up-to-date working knowledge of all relevant legislation and guidelines (including Health and Safety, COSHH, and contamination guidelines).
This full-time post is permanent. You will work 35 hours per week, Monday β Friday 09:00 β 17:00. This role requires standard Recruitment Vetting. While your post will be based at Dundee Rushton Court, there is an expectation that you will travel to other Forensic Services sites/offices to perform this role as and when required. Travel time to undertake duties at other sites will be within normal working hours and subject to travel expenses in line with SPA policies. Please note, a driving licence is desirable for this role.
You should have been resident in the UK for a minimum of three years immediately prior to application for this role.
