An exciting opportunity has arisen, we now require a commercially focused and patient orientated pharmacy manager to lead and develop our enthusiastic dispensary team. This long-established community pharmacy is located in the heart of Bonnybridge, providing patient centred pharmaceutical care.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for and oversee the delivery of all aspects of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract and optimise the delivery of dispensing and professional services. You will be pivotal in building long term relationships with all key stakeholders to support the achievement of business goals and objectives whilst maintaining Company policies, procedures and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in pharmacy management, with a proven track record of delivering key business metrics.
  • You can clearly demonstrate how you have positively impacted both business performance and the teams you have led.
  • With strong communication skills, you have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You also bring experience in managing, coaching and developing teams.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, 40.25 hours per week, including every second Saturday. A day off during the week is provided when a Saturday is worked.
