Scottish Orthodontics is looking to recruit two Qualified Dental Nurses to join its teams across Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and patient-focused individuals to join a well-established practice, with on-site training and development support available.
The successful candidates will play an important role in supporting clinicians, delivering high standards of patient care and helping the practice run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities- Provide chairside support to clinicians during orthodontic procedures.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care with a calm, sensitive and professional approach.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties where required.
- Ensure surgeries and equipment are prepared, cleaned and maintained in line with practice protocols.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice through strong organisation and teamwork.
- Work effectively with colleagues across the wider practice team.
- Qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
- Good IT skills.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent timekeeping.
- A team-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A caring and professional approach to patient care.
- Orthodontic nursing knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
- On-site training provided by qualified staff.
- Funding available for Radiology or Orthodontic Nursing qualifications, subject to competency.
