Calum Kerr MSP is recruiting a full‑time Caseworker to join his constituency office, likely to be in Galashiels, with the possibility of some home working. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress constituency casework on behalf of constituents
- Respond to enquiries by email, phone, and in person in a professional and empathetic manner
- Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, charities, and community organisations
- Maintain accurate records within the case management system
- Identify emerging local issues
- Assist with constituency surgeries and events
- Ensure all work is handled confidentially and in line with data protection requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
