The Law Society of Scotland Edinburgh is seeking a Regulation Senior Solicitor to provide expert legal and regulatory advice on its statutory framework and regulatory regimes. The role leads the development and implementation of regulatory frameworks for authorised legal businesses and licensed legal services providers, and acts as Secretary to the Appeals and Reviews Sub-committee.
You will line manage two Regulation Solicitors and work closely with colleagues across the Regulation Directorate.
