We are looking for a property paralegal with commercial or residential property experience to work within our Banking and Finance Team.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Assisting lawyers with collating title due diligence for property finance transactions;
  • Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges;
  • Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration;
  • Reviewing draft advance notices;
  • Assisting lawyers with completions;
  • Attending to post completion matters and sending lender title packs.
