We are looking for a property paralegal with commercial or residential property experience to work within our Banking and Finance Team.
The Role Will Involve:
- Assisting lawyers with collating title due diligence for property finance transactions;
- Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges;
- Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration;
- Reviewing draft advance notices;
- Assisting lawyers with completions;
- Attending to post completion matters and sending lender title packs.
