Harper Macleod LLP in Inverness is recruiting a lawyer and a paralegal for the Residential Property, Housebuilder & Estate Agency team.
Lawyer
- Handle a wide variety of residential property matters including house sales and purchases.
- Act for a broad range of clients including individuals, trusts, SMEs and property developers.
- Advise housebuilders on site acquisitions and assembly, through to plot sales and completed homes.
- Work in a fastβpaced environment with high levels of client contact.
- Applicants across all levels of PQE are considered.
Paralegal
- Assist lawyers with title due diligence, preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges.
- Order all relevant searches, prepare Land Registration application forms and submit deeds for registration.
- Prepare LBTT submissions.
- Handle all aspects of a transaction from start to finish within your own caseload.
