The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2–4 years’ PQE to join our growing and highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who thrives in a litigation environment and who has a genuine enthusiasm for court work as a central and defining feature of their practice. You will manage a mix of your own cases and matters where you support a more senior fee earner. As a team, we are collegiate and supportive, and you will have every opportunity to develop your own caseload and client contacts. A key feature of this role is the opportunity to develop your court appearance work. We are particularly interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about advocacy and who are keen to pursue their solicitor‑advocacy qualifications. MBM Commercial will actively support the successful candidate in undertaking those exams.
