Our experienced team regularly advises on complex matters, often involving US and cross-jurisdictional issues as part of our clients' scaling-up and operating on a global basis.
As our Corporate Group continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Corporate Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join our Corporate team, which operates from offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including equity investment rounds, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, start-up and scale-up matters and cross-border transactions. You’ll advise founders, investors and companies at every stage of their growth journey, giving you exposure to high-quality work and direct client contact from an early stage. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team where you’ll be given responsibility, encouraged to develop your own network, and provided with excellent opportunities for progression. The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, commercially minded and enthusiastic about working with entrepreneurial clients. You should be confident building relationships, enjoy collaborating as part of a team and be keen to play an active role in business development and the wider ecosystem that surrounds our clients. NQ – 1‑2 years’ PQE, having worked within a corporate team. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Early applications are strongly encouraged.
