Mackinnons Solicitors LLP are looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Associate / Consultant to work within our Commercial Property Team based in our office on Carden Place, Aberdeen. The successful candidate will work within the team on a variety of commercial property matters and have the ability to manage their own caseload as well as work together with other members of the team as required.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of a wide range of commercial property transactions.
  • Good technical knowledge of the law with strong drafting skills and keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to give clear and accurate legal advice in a friendly manner.
  • Good caseload management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Highest level of client service and understanding of client needs.
