Mackinnons Solicitors LLP are looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Associate / Consultant to work within our Commercial Property Team based in our office on Carden Place, Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will work within the team on a variety of commercial property matters and have the ability to manage their own caseload as well as work together with other members of the team as required.
Requirements
Significant experience of a wide range of commercial property transactions.
Good technical knowledge of the law with strong drafting skills and keen eye for detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to give clear and accurate legal advice in a friendly manner.
Good caseload management skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Highest level of client service and understanding of client needs.
