We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Quality Excellence Manager to join our team in Glasgow. This pivotal role involves overseeing the quality management systems across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of high standards in leather production. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to improve process efficiencies, reduce defects, and foster a culture of continuous quality improvement. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement quality strategies that meet both internal and external standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to quality management across all levels of the organisation.
To Be Successful You Will Need:
- Proven experience in quality management, ideally within a manufacturing or leather production environment
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001
