We are seeking a dedicated Permanent Part-Time Shipping Administrator (2 days) to join our team at our Bridge of Weir location in Glasgow. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end administrative functions related to our global outbound shipments. This includes preparing accurate shipping, export, and customer documentation in line with operational requirements, monitoring shipment activity across air, sea, and road freight, and ensuring all documentation is processed promptly to facilitate timely delivery.
You will work closely with Distribution, Sales Support, and other operational teams to maintain compliance with international regulations and internal policies. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial for maintaining accurate records, supporting invoicing, and managing data input, all while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance are upheld throughout the shipping process. You will also be pivotal in identifying and escalating anomalies or risks that could impact business operations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

- Proven experience in a shipping, logistics, or export administration environment
- Experience working with shipping documentation, export processes, or invoicing is desirable
