LCD is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Technician to lead the Process Technician team and drive data-driven improvements across shifts. You will develop and maintain a factory simulation model to support scenario planning, capacity analysis and operational decision-making, while analysing OEE and process data to identify constraints and waste.
Collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering and Production teams will be essential to implement best-practice manufacturing methods.
