Scottish Leather Group is seeking two permanent Finance Analysts to join us in newly created positions, supporting our existing Financial Performance Management team. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and insights for both the Operations and Commercial teams. Your insights will drive better business decision-making, improve efficiency, and ensure strong financial management across the company. We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual with a strong desire to understand our business operations, who is motivated to grow professionally within our Finance team. What you\'ll need: Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) 2+ years of experience in a finance role, ideally in a commercial, FP&A, or operational finance function Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling and analytical abilities Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to identify issues and deliver solutions proactively Experience communicating complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders Effective teamwork and relationship-building skills Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided What we offer you: At Scottish Leather Group, we value our employees and offer an attractive benefits package that includes: A 2pm finish every Friday 33 days annual leave (increasing with length of service) Company sick pay Private medical insurance Employee Assistance Programme including access to a private GP service.
