In this role you will:

You’re someone who sees beyond delivering training - you understand how every learning experience shapes capability, strengthens performance, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

You have experience working with or managing a Learning Management System (LMS). You understand how effective learning and development supports performance and operational success. You demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You are a confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. You bring strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Excel and digital systems. You have a proactive, detail-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people. You hold a CIPD qualification (or equivalent) or are working towards it.

By delivering engaging and effective learning experiences, you will help build stronger capability, improve consistency, and support managers in developing high-performing teams. Through your coordination of training systems, onboarding, and development programmes, you will ensure our people have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed from day one. You will also contribute to smarter, more efficient ways of working by improving processes and supporting key development projects.
