We have an opportunity for a Despatch Team Leader to join our operations team on a permanent basis based at our Bridge of Weir site. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily safe and efficient dispatch activities, ensuring that all products are prepared, documented, and shipped in accordance with company standards. You will work closely with the Process Lead and other departments to optimise dispatch processes and maintain excellent customer service - ensuring that the customer is at the heart of what we do.

The role requires strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing demands in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in a similar operational or manufacturing role.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on workplace safety, quality, and efficiency.
