Queens Cross Housing Association is seeking a Maintenance Officer for a permanent position, 35 hours per week, with agile working (mainly 9:00 - 5:00pm Monday to Friday).
Salary: Grade 7 (£40,649-£44,626)

Job Purpose
As the Maintenance Officer for Queens Cross Housing Association, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we provide a high-quality repairs service in our 4,400 properties. Social housing experience would be an advantage but it is not essential – we are looking for candidates that understand the importance of good customer service, contract management and providing the best service possible whilst ensuring value for money.
You will:
- Assist in the organisation and management of reactive repairs service
- Work closely with our contractor and customers to ensure excellent services
- Build relationships and influence decision-making to enhance service delivery
- Be comfortable implementing digital solutions and using software systems
- Have excellent communication skills to engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 3 years experience delivering a repairs and maintenance function in a customer service focussed environment. Have experience in carrying out internal/external property inspections and assessing repair work required.
