Role Summary
We provide all housing management services to customers in an efficient and effective manner whilst delivering excellent Customer Service in line with corporate policies and procedures. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Housing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful team to make a real difference by supporting our tenants and communities to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Promote the values of Shire Housing ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Providing information advice and assistance to our tenants on a range of tenancy and estate matters.
- Maximise the recovery of rent arrears in line with agreed targets.
- Promote consultation and participation amongst tenants and other residents.
