Housing Officer (Full Time)
(Mat Leave Cover for 1 year)
Salary: £42,707 – £46,895
About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Housing Officer to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide maternity leave cover for 1 year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering great customer service and making a real difference within the community.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of customer‑focused services to a patch of rented homes, including lettings, tenant support, rent arrears prevention and recovery, neighbourhood management, and tenant participation.
- Work effectively with a range of colleagues and external agencies to fulfil the Association’s objectives and meet the needs of service users and the community.
Qualifications
- Social housing management experience.
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and good practice.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
