Trust Housing Association is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (Manager) for a fixed-term maternity cover position. The role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, including home working and offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Wishaw.

Location: Flexible/Hybrid, including home working and offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Wishaw

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Contract: Fixed-term (Maternity Cover)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a high-quality finance business partnering function, providing insight, challenge and support to drive organisational performance and value for money.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading finance business partnering across Trust
  • Developing budgets, forecasts and financial plans
  • Producing management information and performance analysis
  • Supporting value for money and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strengthening financial controls and governance
  • Working closely with operational teams and senior leaders
  • Leading, coaching and developing finance colleagues
  • Contributing to the wider management team

What We’re Looking For

You will have strong finance business partnering experience, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to turn financial insight into business improvement.

Essential Attributes Include:

  • Professional accountancy qualification or equivalent experience
