About the Role

Head of Maintenance (Grade 9, SM4‑SM6).

The Head of Maintenance will be a member of the senior management team, responsible for leading the maintenance team, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving the maintenance services across Easthall Park Housing Association’s 694 properties in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the maintenance and in‑house trade team and a suite of contractors to deliver excellent performance and exceed tenants’ expectations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and asset‑management strategies to support the association’s new Investment Plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and achieve best value for money.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior management on business planning and service delivery.
