WS Estate Services Ltd invites applications for an experienced and motivated Head of Commercial Services to lead the strategic and operational delivery of commercial services within two WSHA subsidiary companies – WSES and WSPM. The role will champion financial sustainability, service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the delivery of commercial services.
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with organisational objectives and core values.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Support staff wellbeing and promote a friendly, inclusive working environment.
  • Represent the organisation at external stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

Applicants should have the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to excel in this role. Required experience includes senior management of commercial services, budget management and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
