Responsibilities- Deliver a reactive Energy Advice Service to vulnerable and excluded households.
- Facilitate access to fuel support services for underrepresented groups.
- Reduce fuel poverty, fuel debt, promote digital and financial inclusion, and financial resilience.
- Educate clients on efficient heating system use and identify energy efficiency measures.
- Work closely with Welfare Rights and Money Advice Service and other community supports ensuring a holistic person‑centred approach.
- Operate in a changing environment with competing pressures and provide best service.
- Relevant knowledge and skills to deliver Energy Advice Service.
- Competence in using IT packages.
- Valid driver’s licence; access to a vehicle desirable.
- Team player with a "can do" attitude and willingness to learn.
