Overview: Milnbank Housing Association is looking for a talented individual to join our Asset and Maintenance Team as an Asset Co-ordinator. The role focuses on delivering planned renewal and cyclical maintenance projects and programmes in a fast‑paced environment, working closely with the Director of Asset Management and the Senior Asset Assistant. Flexible working is available and TOIL may be awarded if required to attend outside standard office hours. The selected candidate will support the asset management strategy and engage with tenants and the local community.
