Director – Lochfield Park Housing Association
Location: Easterhouse, Glasgow.
Salary: EVH Grade 10 (SM13 - SM15): £73,342 – £76,692 per annum
We are looking for an inspirational leader to maintain pace and take the organisation forward. Reporting directly to the Management Committee, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and financial sustainability of the organisation.
You will work closely with the management team and staff to instil a customer-focused and inclusive culture, ensuring the continuation of a high-quality service to our tenants.
As our new Director you will be an experienced housing professional and senior manager with extensive knowledge of social housing in Scotland’s statutory and regulatory framework. You will have experience working closely with a governing body and will understand the current challenges facing the sector and communities like ours.
You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to empower, motivate and inspire our management team, staff and the Management Committee.
