We are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our Asset Team as Asset Administrator who will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient maintenance and property management service for all Elderpark properties. Providing support to the Asset Officers, you will support contract administration, tenants safety activities and overall performance reporting whilst liaising with our tenants in person, over the telephone and via email. This involves providing a courteous and responsive service, undertaking all maintenance administrative processes including reactive repairs, planned maintenance activities and routine cyclical maintenance programmes.
You should have a good understanding of building maintenance, repairs and construction practices, knowledge of health and safety relevant to maintenance work and familiarity with maintenance and repairs administration policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations.
We are seeking someone who has excellent analytical and IT skills with the ability to create and analyse reports, excellent attention to details, good problem-solving skills and the ability to work with contractors, the public and other key stakeholders.
