The Scottish Government is seeking a People and Performance Coordinator to deliver essential administrative and operational support within the SAAS People and Performance Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth delivery of people services for around 250 colleagues, covering HR, Resourcing, Learning and Development, and more.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organization, a proactive approach, and excellent attention to detail while managing complex workforce data. Experience in customer-focused service is essential, alongside the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
