Responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Lead on the Record to Report module, providing expertise and advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a deep understanding of government financial processes and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order to Cash, Cash Management, and Record to Report.
- Lead a team of Oracle ERP technical specialists to implement and manage processes for resolving technical issues across the modules, working with Oracle and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure processes are in place to monitor team system and process performance, proactively addressing and rectifying issues and providing management information for reporting.
- Document and regularly review configuration documentation, standard operating procedures and processes.
- Work closely with Digital Operations Senior Management, the Corporate Hub and suppliers to support the successful development and lifecycle of the Oracle Cloud product.
- Support agreed change processes, including weekly organisational changes, iterative improvements, quarterly and monthly changes; this work may include out-of-hours and scheduled working.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of government financial and reporting processes.
- Functional knowledge and experience of configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order to Cash, Cash Management and Record to Report modules.
- Experience leading and building a technical support team capability to deliver support for large-scale, business-critical applications.
- Leadership skills (Level 3) and ability to manage a quality service (Level 3).
