The Scottish Government is seeking a User Researcher to join Social Security Scotland and help shape services that work for people. You will plan and conduct research to understand user needs and contribute to the design of inclusive, accessible services.

This Fixed Term Appointment will last for 23 months with the potential for extension based on business needs. The role involves working closely with teams while advocating for user-centred design and ethical research practices.
