Social Security Scotland’s Fraud and Error Resolution Unit (FERU) is seeking a Fraud Decision Making Team Leader, within the Error and Insights Branch. This is a high-profile role where you will apply your leadership skills and benefit decision-making expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
In this role you will manage a team of Fraud and Error Decision Makers. Ensuring that your team operates to instructions, and all decisions are fair, consistent and comply with the law and with policy intent. You will also be involved in the creation, implementation and review of comprehensive, high-quality decision- making guidance.
