Job description
At any given time, you may be responsible for ensuring payments are made for multiple schemes and grants, each with their own terms and conditions and payment schedules, so the ability to manage competing workloads and attention to detail are essential skills. This is an exciting and busy time to join the team as we continue to support transport operators with new and existing schemes and grants. This role is directly responsible for line managing other members of staff.
Responsibilities
- Proactive management of operational performance and targets
- Development of appropriate control and reporting structures
- Open and timely escalation and reporting of risk and control issues
- Compliance with operational delivery and operational compliance policies and procedures, including legal requirements
