Key Responsibilities
- Process servicing requests, including changes to account details and income arrangements.
- Prepare and issue regulatory and customer communication packs.
- Handle transactions such as transfers, withdrawals, and account closures.
- Manage sensitive cases, including bereavement, with accuracy and care.
- Administer flexible account options, including setting up regular or ad-hoc payments.
