We are looking for a data-driven and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the planning, optimisation, and reporting of multi-channel acquisition campaigns. You will work closely with our Affiliate Marketing Manager & PPC/Paid Media Manager to drive measurable growth, increase ROI, and scale our digital performance through continuous optimisation and testing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep analytical capabilities, and is passionate about performance-led marketing. This is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the PPC & Paid Media Manager to ensure alignment across bidding strategies, budget allocation, channel mix, and campaign optimisation approaches.
- Manage the relationship with affiliate, aggregator and cashback providers, developing and delivering plans to achieve KPI’s.
- Be proficient in analysing, gaining insight and making recommendations from dashboards across GA4, Looker & Power BI.
- Manage testing roadmaps (A/B, creative, audience, landing pages) to refine conversion paths and improve CPA/ROAS.
- Ensure multi-channel campaigns hit performance KPIs consistently and highlight actions for improvement.
- Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for marketing leadership.
- Support the execution of segmentation and targeting strategies, ensuring campaigns are tailored to target audience, audience behaviour, lifecycle stage, and intent signals.
- Work with the Affiliate Marketing Manager to integrate new affiliate providers into the wider acquisition strategy and ensure positive performance.
- Work closely with creative, content, ecommerce, retention & product teams to support campaign execution.
- Support forecasting and monthly budget planning across all paid media channels.
- Evaluate channel profitability and recommend budget reallocations based on performance trends.
- Experience in a performance marketing or acquisition role.
- Experience across both paid search & affiliate marketing.
- Experience working with cashback and aggregator sites advantageous.
- Demonstrable success scaling performance channels and improving CPA/ROAS.
- Results and commercially focussed – with a proven track record of developing and implementing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Data Studio, Excel).
- You must be a self-starter who enjoys working at pace.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell clear stories with data.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- A Marketing Degree or equivalent experience.
- Financial services experience preferred, but not essential.
