About the role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator within the Life & Wealth Team. We are looking for candidates who have experience within Life and Wealth or Investments, ideally with experience in processing life claims.

Glasgow (hybrid 2/3 days per week in office) Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm

We’re looking for a detail-focused administrator to join our Life & Wealth team, supporting the management of Life & Wealth products including ISA’s & Child Trust Funds. You’ll be responsible for processing key client administration events (Fund Switches, Transfers, Money Out & other client instructions), maintaining accurate policy records, and delivering a high-quality service to customers.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in Wealth management or a similar financial services role
  • A good understanding of life, investments and wealth products
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied workload
