Scottish Friendly have an exciting opportunity to join our team. Based in Glasgow City Centre, we are one of the most progressive mutual life insurance offices in the UK. We have a strong, clear culture which has grown since 1862 with our customers and colleagues of today and the future being at the heart of that growth. An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Services team; we are looking for a candidate that has experience within Financial Services and Investments who has meticulous attention to detail with experience in processing Life and Wealth business. You will be handling the day-to-day administration of life and wealth policies, dealing with various services within the Life & Wealth Team including enquiries from customers and financial advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquires in writing or by email
  • Using computer systems to check and update records
  • Handling all aspects of customer enquiries including providing customers with policy information, processing payments out, updating customer records accurately
  • Producing timelines and case investigation notes

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail with ability to complete work to a high standard
  • Effective communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
