The predicted salary is between 29000 - 38000 £ per year.

Contract type: Full-time, fixed-term until 31 March 2026

Hours of work: 35 hours per week

Salary scale: SA01, Band 1 - £34,196

Leave entitlement: Standard 32 days + 8 public/general holidays (prorated to start date)

Place of work: Fife Housing Group office, 7 Pitreavie Court, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfermline, KY11 8UU (and other locations throughout Fife)

Probation period: A three-month probation period applies to all new employees

Healthcare: The Group participates in a cashback plan for colleagues

Pension arrangements: Pension scheme provided with employer contribution being double the employee contribution, to a maximum of 17%. The scheme is operated through salary sacrifice.

Other benefits: Group Income Protection – 50% of salary following 26 weeks of absence; Death in Service – 4 x salary

As part of the Fife Housing Association Alliance, we’re committed to preventing homelessness before it happens - and we’re looking for someone who shares this dedication to join our team.

We’ve secured funding to employ a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to work closely with tenants who may be at risk of losing their home. This new role is all about early intervention - helping people to keep their tenancy and access the right support when life gets tough.

You’ll work directly with tenants, collaborating with our housing teams and external partners to make a real difference. If you’ve got housing or support experience, a good head for problem-solving and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you.

You should have:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable people
  • Strong housing knowledge and empathy
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • A full driving licence and use of a car insured for business use

You will also need to embody our brand values by being consistently accountable, firm but fair, open and honest and versatile.

This is a fixed-term role, funded until March 2026.
