Full Time

A fantastic opportunity to lead a key function in a forward-thinking housing organisation, the role of Senior Compliance Officer will be dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality homes across Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire.
As Senior Compliance Officer, you will take the lead in ensuring that our properties and assets meet all health and safety, regulatory, and statutory obligations. Reporting to the Asset Manager and managing a dedicated compliance team, you will oversee the delivery of compliance programmes across our growing portfolio of over 5,000 homes, managing contractor performance, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining accurate reporting for internal governance and regulatory requirements.
You will be a crucial contributor to our Asset Management Strategy, helping us to meet ambitious standards of safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. This includes oversight of compliance across areas such as gas safety, electrical systems, fire risk, asbestos, legionella, and damp and mould. Your focus on proactive risk management and meticulous attention to legislative requirements will ensure that we remain a trusted and reliable landlord for our tenants.
This role calls for a detail-oriented professional with experience in managing compliance in a regulated environment. You should bring strong leadership skills, a keen analytical mindset, and a passion for excellence in customer service. Knowledge of landlord health and safety legislation and experience within the social housing sector would be an advantage but not essential.
