Do you want to make a difference? Then why not join an award-winning social housing provider that puts people first. We are currently looking for a Housing Officer to join our Housing Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy workload across a wide range of housing services.
- Identify support requirements and provide referral and advice service.
- Conduct pre-let interviews, accompanied viewings and sign-ups.
- Work alongside other colleagues to support income management processes.
- Work to set standards, frameworks, performance measures and protocols.
- Establish effective external working relationships with partners and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should have a housing-related qualification (equivalent to at least CIH Level 4) or relevant experience in a similar role, and be a member of a professional housing body.
- A full driving licence and access to a car for business use is essential for this role.
