We are currently recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Property Services department. Managing reactive maintenance and our void work you will also lead our Estates Team and ensure our properties and common areas are maintained and presented to the highest possible standard.
The successful candidate will be an experienced property professional; be an excellent communicator, both written and orally; be well organised and committed to providing the best service possible to our tenants. A positive, customer focused attitude is essential. Previous experience of supervising a team and line management is desirable. Driving licence essential.
Prospect began in 1988, when 8 local people came together and decided they wanted to build new quality houses in Wester Hailes and that's exactly what they did. Prospect now has around 950 homes in Wester Hailes. These homes are a mixture of flats and houses in both new and refurbished estates. We are a non-profit making charitable registered social landlord.
