The Company

Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Property Maintenance Team in delivering a responsive and high-quality repairs and maintenance service. The role will act as the first point of contact for the Customer Experience Team in relation to repair enquiries, coordinating reactive and void works, liaising with contractors and customers and monitoring agreed actions through to completion. The postholder will ensure works are progressed efficiently, records are accurately maintained and customers receive timely communication, contributing to overall service performance and standards.

On Offer

This role has a competitive salary banding of EVH Salary scale Grade 6 PA17 £34,745. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
